I was hoping to shake off my Python rust after using R exclusively these past two semesters. My friend Amiri lent me his personal Spotify data and I decided to dive in and see what I could find after existing in the music-sphere with my NLP project classifying and predicting the genre and decade of song lyrics. I mainly show the output of my programs in the video below as I felt it was most compelling.
